Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, carpets, and furniture, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards. Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain spotless surfaces throughout the property. Restock amenities like toiletries, linens, towels, and other supplies to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by regularly cleaning and organizing. Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property quality. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services preferred; experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards within hospitality environments. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and customer service principles is advantageous. Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting supplies, and bending.
