Shinetown Cleaning is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our growing team as independent subcontractors . We provide professional residential cleaning services throughout Youngstown and surrounding areas . This is a 1099 subcontractor position — you control your own schedule, accept jobs that fit your availability, and get paid per completed job. Work is scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM , Monday through Sunday. Ideal candidates have residential cleaning experience, excellent time management skills, and a strong commitment to delivering top-quality service. You must have your own reliable transportation, a smartphone for communication, and basic cleaning supplies.

Work Location:

In-person at client homes located in Youngstown, OH, and nearby communities (typically within a 20 mile radius). No reporting to an office required.

Pay Structure:

Paid per completed job, with rates equivalent to approximately $20-$30+ per hour depending on the job type and size.

Responsibilities:

Perform residential cleaning services including Standard, Deep, and Move-In/Move-Out cleans. Follow detailed checklists provided for each cleaning type. Ensure homes are cleaned to client and company standards. Communicate professionally with clients when necessary. completions and any issues to the office promptly. Maintain the security and confidentiality of clients' homes. Provide your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment. Arrive on time and complete jobs within the scheduled window. Represent Shinetown Cleaning with professionalism and pride.

Requirements:

1+ year of professional residential cleaning experience preferred. Must pass a background check. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Smartphone for job updates and communication.
