Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or commercial spaces are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and providing a comfortable environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the overall satisfaction and safety of those who use the spaces you care for. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain cleanliness of floors through carpet cleaning, floor care, and appropriate sanitation techniques Ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards by using proper janitorial and custodial practices Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process Manage sanitation protocols to uphold health standards and prevent contamination Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventorying supplies and reporting maintenance issues promptly Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Hands-on experience with laundry services and sanitation procedures Background in janitorial or custodial roles within hotels or similar environments is advantageous Familiarity with hotel housekeeping operations or housekeeper management is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Experience with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and cleaning chemicals Join us to make a difference in creating pristine environments that promote comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
