Hotel Housekeeper to ensure our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining pristine guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to creating a welcoming environment that delights our guests and upholds the reputation of our hotel. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces with meticulous attention to detail. Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, waxing, and polishing to keep all surfaces looking their best. Handle laundry duties for linens, towels, and guest clothing with efficiency and care. Follow established safety and sanitation procedures to promote a healthy environment for guests and staff alike. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality setting is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial tools. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high cleanliness standards. Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required. Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
