It plays a vital role in guest satisfaction by ensuring every room and public area is clean, comfortable, and ready for use. Responsibilities Clean assigned guest rooms according to hotel brand standards. Make beds and replace used linens with clean linens. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, and floors. Dust and wipe all furniture, fixtures, and surfaces. Vacuum carpets and rugs. Mop hard-surface floors. Empty trash and replace liners. Replenish towels, toiletries, coffee, supplies, tissues, and other guests amenities. Report any lost items to lost and found according to policy. Restock housekeeping carts with linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities. follow all hotel policies, brand standards, and saftey procedures. Maintain clean housekeeping storage areas and carts throughout the shift. Work efficiently, communicating with front desk to ensure all guest rooms are complete and ready for arrivals.
