Job Summary:

Description We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our Housekeeping Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible, hard-working, trustworthy, detail-oriented, flexible, honest, reliable and possess good communication skills and enjoys working in a team environment. Must be able to follow a preset cleaning routine and adhere to the standards of a fine private club. Maintaining a clean and orderly environment ensures a pleasant and comfortable stay for all members and guests. Responsibilities

• Assisting guests when necessary
• Clean and tidy all designated areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors and clean up spills in all areas as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings
• Cleaning toilets, doing laundry, and other such responsibilities
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms
• Change bedding and replenish towels and toiletries as required
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
• Adhering to preset cleanliness standards
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to Club standards
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances Requirements Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of performance Customer-oriented, positive and friendly attitude are a must Desire to work as part of a team.
