Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Maintain the cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and organizing. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and storing linens and towels to support operational needs. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff. Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards. Adhere to hotel policies regarding hygiene standards, confidentiality, and guest privacy at all times. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or similar hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing different types of flooring. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies for efficient maintenance tasks. Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on consistently delivering high-quality cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining energy and enthusiasm. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
