Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently. Conduct routine inspections of public spaces including lobbies, restrooms, conference rooms, and outdoor areas to uphold cleanliness standards. Handle industrial cleaning tasks when necessary using specialized equipment to maintain large-scale or high-traffic areas. Follow established janitorial procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold hotel standards. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality operations enhances your effectiveness. Hands-on experience with cleaning techniques such as vacuuming, dusting, window washing, and floor care is essential. Knowledge of janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning tools will support efficient task completion. Background in hospitality or hotel environments demonstrates an understanding of guest service expectations.
