Earn 60% of every completed cleaning job. Independent Contractor (1099) About Us Diamond Standard Cleaning LLC is a new cleaning company serving the Dayton area, committed to providing exceptional residential cleaning services with professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. We are looking for experienced independent cleaning professionals who take pride in delivering outstanding results and excellent customer service. Position Overview We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Independent Residential Cleaning Contractors to complete residential cleaning services for our clients. Contractors enjoy the flexibility of accepting cleaning opportunities while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. Responsibilities Perform high-quality residential cleaning services according to company standards. Ability to perform standard, deep, or move-in/move-out cleans for clients. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces. Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces. Communicate professionally with clients and the Diamond Standard Cleaning team. Arrive on time and complete jobs efficiently. Maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude while in clients' homes. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of residential cleaning experience (required). Must have general liability insurance & be bonded (or willing to become bonded upon hire). Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Must provide your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment. Must own a smartphone with reliable internet access. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to lift up to 25-30 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks. Must be dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Hiring Requirements To be considered, applicants must: Pass a criminal background check. Successfully complete a paid test cleaning. Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement before accepting work.
