Cleaning Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in residential homes. Ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. You are responsible for your own federal and state taxes. No felonies, misdemeanors on a case by case basis. Duties Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Cleaning all areas of clients home. Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and quality. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment is a plus.
