Housekeepers play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and maintained according to Hilton brand standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing outstanding hospitality. Essential Responsibilities Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards and hotel procedures. Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest room amenities. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors, and floors. Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, dust furniture, and clean windows and mirrors as needed. Restock housekeeping carts with linens, towels, and cleaning supplies throughout each shift. Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, proper room setup, and that all equipment is functioning properly. Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or safety hazards promptly to the maintenance department or supervisor. Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms and designated areas. Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways, elevators, stairwells, lobby, fitness center, breakfast area, and public restrooms as assigned. Follow all cleaning procedures using approved chemicals and equipment while complying with OSHA and safety guidelines. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests. Assist with laundry operations when needed. Properly secure lost and found items following hotel procedures. Work closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance departments to ensure rooms are available for arriving guests. Maintain a professional appearance and represent Hampton Inn with excellent customer service. Weekend availability is mandatory. Qualifications Previous housekeeping, custodial, or hotel cleaning experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards. Ability to safely operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent reliability, professionalism, and customer service attitude. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
