As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, ensuring safety and sanitation are always prioritized. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface disinfecting to uphold cleanliness standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing efficiently. Maintain floor care by sweeping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality. Manage sanitation procedures for kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all surfaces meet health regulations. Assist with manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely and correctly. Conduct outdoor work as needed to keep exterior areas tidy and presentable. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to residents' or guests' requests and inquiries with professionalism and positivity. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and outdoor maintenance. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving supplies or furniture. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards residents or guests. Experience with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities is preferred.
