Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our cabins, glamping tents, and restrooms. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Make beds and change linens
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, and upholstery through proper floor care techniques
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Respond promptly to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Adhere to housekeeping management policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
