Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and dedication will create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your efforts directly contribute to guest satisfaction, safety, and the overall reputation of our hotel. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. Perform floor care tasks including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing to keep all flooring in top condition. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to uphold health standards and prevent accidents or contamination. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for swift resolution. Adhere to hotel policies on confidentiality and guest privacy while delivering outstanding custodial service. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work or hospitality environments with a strong focus on hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning. Knowledge of floor care techniques such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with hotel operations and standards for cleanliness and guest service excellence. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively while following safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good physical stamina for standing long hours, bending, lifting heavy items, and performing repetitive motions.
