Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas in our hotel. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests.Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all assigned rooms are inspected and meet established standards of cleanliness
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Management
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor when interacting with guests
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing job duties
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines regarding health, safety, and security
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
- High school diploma or equivalent
