Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to uphold cleanliness standards. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest comfort. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to deliver consistent service quality. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to support overall property upkeep. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored properly after each shift. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts. Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the day. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues accurately.
