Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cabin Cleaner / Housekeeping Associate and play a vital role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. Position Summary The Cabin Cleaner is responsible for maintaining guest-ready accommodations across cabins and geodomes. This role performs quick turnovers, full resets, and scheduled deep cleans, ensures inventory levels are maintained, and coordinates outsourced cleaning support when additional help is required. Attention to detail, reliability, and pride in presentation are critical. Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning & Turnovers Complete Quick Flip and Full Reset cleanings between guest stays Follow detailed cleaning checklists for cabins and geodomes Ensure all spaces meet "Guest Ready" presentation standards Perform scheduled deep clean tasks on a rotating basis Report any damage, maintenance issues, or supply shortages promptly Inventory & Supplies Monitor cleaning supplies, linens, towels, and guest consumables Restock items to established par levels after each clean Communicate low inventory levels to management Assist with organizing and maintaining storage areas Coordination & Communication Communicate clearly with management regarding unit status Help schedule and coordinate outsourced cleaning support and maintenance during high-volume periods, events, or staff shortages Document completed cleans and deep clean dates as required Quality & Accountability Follow all safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards Maintain consistency across all units Take pride in presentation, layout, and visual inspection Support guest satisfaction by preventing missed tasks or oversights Qualifications Prior housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Comfortable with physical work (lifting linens, bending, standing, and climbing ladders) Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or variable schedules as needed Experience with property maintenance preferred, but not required This role requires someone who will consistently show up, follow through on commitments, and support the team during critical quick-flip days Work Environment Mix of indoor cabin and geodome settings Fast-paced during quick turnover days; slower-paced during deep clean rotations Supportive team environment with clear expectations
