Hotel Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused setting where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are highly valued. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as towels and toiletries Perform floor care including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and spot cleaning stains Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other public spaces Handle janitorial tasks such as trash removal and surface disinfection Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed Qualifications Previous experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is a plus but not required Knowledge of floor care techniques and janitorial procedures is advantageous Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and independently Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated shifts Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines Experience with industrial cleaning or housekeeping management is beneficial but not necessary A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest service This position offers an engaging work environment where your efforts directly contribute to guest satisfaction.
