  $19/hr during paid training → $20

• Clean homes using detailed checklists and proven systems
• Deliver consistent, high-quality results every visit
• Treat clients' homes, belongings, and pets with care and respect
• Work efficiently without cutting corners
• Communicate clearly with your team and leadership
