What You'll Do Deliver high-quality residential cleaning services using professional, eco-friendly cleaning methods Create a positive client experience through dependable service, attention to detail, and professional communication Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming home environments for recurring clients Manage daily cleaning assignments efficiently while working independently and staying on schedule Represent the company professionally in clients' homes and build trust through reliable service Contribute to a team culture focused on consistency, accountability, and customer satisfaction What Success Looks Like Within your first 6-12 months, success in this role means: Consistently delivering 5-star quality cleaning and customer experiences Building strong relationships with recurring clients through dependable and professional service Completing homes efficiently while maintaining company quality standards Demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and strong communication with team members and clients Growing into additional responsibilities or advancement opportunities based on performance What We're Looking For Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare, food service, or related industries preferred Dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work Positive attitude and professional communication skills Comfortable with physical activity throughout the workday, including lifting up to 20 pounds Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance required at interview Ability to pass a background check No professional cleaning experience required
