Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards. Change linens, make beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms and other surfaces. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Restock guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding politely and efficiently to guest requests. Requirements Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pay close attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
