Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and minibar items to ensure guest needs are met promptly. Maintain public areas by dusting, sweeping, mopping, and ensuring restrooms are clean and well-stocked. Handle industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including deep cleaning carpets or upholstery using specialized equipment. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold the property's quality standards. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with janitorial or industrial cleaning is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards within hospitality settings. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks effectively.
