Top pay = $900/wk+ for fully trained pros. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pro House Cleaner to join our team. No experience necessary - paid training provided. The ideal candidate will love physical work, and have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a welcoming environment in residential settings. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently & in teams. The Pro House Cleaner will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks while providing excellent customer service to our clients. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all appliances and fixtures are cleaned and shined. Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet vacuuming. Provide exceptional customer service by following company protocol for addressing client needs and preferences during each visit. Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks. Participate in professional development and team training meetings Assist with additional janitorial or commercial cleaning duties as required. Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is not required. Familiarity with sanitation practices is a plus. Knowledge of high-end home materials and care techniques is advantageous.
