Responsibilities include:

Cleans all common areas of the apartment community Vacuum and dust Clean vacant suites Inform management regarding safety concerns (i.e.: trash in hallway, burned out bulbs, etc.) Work closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians Performs other duties as assigned.
