Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Room Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. Your dedication ensures that every guest experiences a pristine, inviting space that reflects our commitment to excellence in hospitality. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in cleaning, custodial services, and hotel operations while contributing to memorable guest experiences. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain spotless and safe flooring throughout guest areas. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, linens, and other essentials to ensure guest comfort and convenience. Maintain public spaces by cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms with attention to detail. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold the quality of the guest experience. Adhere to hotel policies and procedures related to cleanliness standards, security measures, and customer service excellence. Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and bending or stretching during cleaning routines. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas. Good communication skills and a friendly attitude that enhances guest interactions Previous experience in housekeeping management or hospitality roles is a plus but not required. $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
