Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques to keep surfaces spotless and safe. Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or equipment to prevent injury while moving supplies or cleaning tools. Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning tasks promptly while maintaining high-quality standards in every job. Requirements Proven experience in residential or janitorial cleaning environments with familiarity in custodial practices. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care methods, carpet cleaning techniques, and sanitation protocols. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Strong understanding of cleaning detergents and disinfectants along with proper application procedures. Physical stamina for outdoor work experience including heavy lifting, manual handling, and extended periods of standing or walking. Excellent client communication skills with a friendly attitude focused on customer satisfaction. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within tight schedules. Prior housekeeping management or custodial experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
