KontogiannisOrchard Terrace Apartments, in St Clairsville, OH, is looking for a Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper The housekeeper plays an important role in maintaining a great first impression and is responsible for daily cleaning multi-family apartment community offices, resident amenities, vacant units, and internal and external common areas.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Daily cleaning and sanitizing of the leasing offices, community rooms, kitchen, model(s), hallways, and/or any other common areas, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting when necessary Work with the Property Manager to ensure vacant units are cleaned and ready for rent. Picks up and empties trash containers in the leasing office and common areas. Clean and sanitize common area laundry room(s) as needed. Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Detail-oriented and thorough. Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests. Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.

Education and Experience:

Education sufficient to read, write, and speak as needed for the job.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times. Part-Time - $14.00 per hour Satisfactory background screening required.
