Overview Join our dynamic team at The Comfort Suites South Point-Huntington, as a Housekeeping Attendant and play a vital role in creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our guests. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various spaces, ensuring sanitation and safety protocols are followed, and delivering exceptional service that enhances the overall experience. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, or common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels with care and efficiency Maintain floor care by sweeping or carpet cleaning to ensure spotless surfaces Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests or residents Follow brand standards and safety procedures diligently to promote a healthy environment Respond promptly to guest or resident requests for additional services or assistance with a friendly attitude Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to uphold cleanliness standards and report any maintenance issues Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial work, custodial services, hotel housekeeping, or residential cleaning preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry processes Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently Prior experience with housekeeping is a plus Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and prolonged periods of activity Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms spaces into pristine environments that guests love.
