Housekeeping/Porter - NOW HIRING in Sunbury, OH!!

Job description Summary As an interior/exterior housekeeping porter in Sunbury, OH, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our facilities.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean parking and planters Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming. Perform trash removal and replace containers with empty bags. Service, supply and clean restrooms including all fixtures; toilets, urinals, partitions, walls, vents and mirrors Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees Wipe down outdoor tables and chairs Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment Patrol entire site for any trash and/or spills that needs to be cleaned Requirements Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to four hours at a time minimum Must be able to perform all required duties of the position Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds Must be able to use hand tools and facilities equipment Must have a valid driver's license Must have at least 2 years of housekeeping experience Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
