Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces such as offices, retail stores, and industrial facilities, ensuring all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Provide residential cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, and laundry services as needed. Operate various cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and steam cleaners efficiently and safely. Handle chemical cleaning agents responsibly by following proper procedures for chemical handling and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Conduct window cleaning and pressure washing tasks to enhance the appearance of buildings and outdoor surfaces. Maintain cleanliness of all tools and equipment after use; report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly. Follow infection control protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely and effectively. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, window cleaning, and pressure washing. Experience with chemical handling and proper use of PPE to ensure safety during cleaning operations. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients or residents. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
