Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms to ensure a pristine environment. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly. Follow safety procedures during cleaning tasks and properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the management team for prompt resolution. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation protocols and infection control measures. Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred. Familiarity with cleaning techniques such as floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial practices is advantageous. Experience in hospitality environments demonstrates your ability to deliver excellent guest service. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices helps ensure efficient workflow and team coordination. Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude is essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings is key to success in this role.
