Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate cleaning techniques to preserve flooring quality Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency Handle janitorial tasks including waste disposal, window cleaning, and detailed surface polishing to uphold cleanliness standards Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests Assist with special cleaning projects such as industrial cleaning or deep sanitation tasks as needed to uphold hygiene excellence Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus Hands-on experience with various cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning methods Knowledge of janitorial supplies, equipment operation, and safety procedures in a hospitality setting Experience managing housekeeping tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment is advantageous Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills to ensure thorough cleanliness and guest satisfaction Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality by maintaining immaculate environments that make every guest feel valued.
