ASAP We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented Executive Housekeepers to join the household team of a wonderful family in Upper Arlington, Ohio. This is a unique opportunity to work in a beautifully maintained private residence where quality, professionalism, and pride in your work are truly valued. The family is looking to hire two specialized roles and is also open to building a small housekeeping team to provide consistent coverage throughout the week. Available Positions Primary Executive Housekeeper This role is responsible for the day-to-day care and presentation of the home, including: Executive-level housekeeping Daily home resets Making beds and refreshing bathrooms Kitchen resets, dishes, and organization Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and detailed cleaning Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation throughout the home Identifying and addressing household needs proactively Laundry & Garment Care Housekeeper This role focuses on the care of the family's wardrobe and linens, including: Laundry and linen care Garment steaming and pressing Wardrobe organization Closet maintenance Folding and organizing clothing and household linens Assisting the housekeeping team with general household responsibilities as needed Schedule Morning shifts beginning around 8:00-9:00 AM Typical finish between 12:00-1:00 PM Schedule is based on completing daily responsibilities rather than strict hourly requirements Some flexibility may be needed during entertaining or busier times in the household Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Has previous executive housekeeping or luxury private home experience (strongly preferred) Takes exceptional pride in maintaining an immaculate home Has outstanding attention to detail and notices the little things Is organized, proactive, and self-motivated Works well independently and as part of a team Is receptive to feedback and eager to continuously learn Is dependable, professional, and discreet Is seeking a long-term opportunity with a kind and appreciative family Compensation & Benefits $45/hour Long-term opportunity with a wonderful family Beautiful work environment Supportive and collaborative household team Opportunity for growth as the household team expands If you're passionate about creating beautifully maintained homes and thrive in a high-standard private household environment, we'd love to hear from you.
