Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to keep surfaces looking their best Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to residents' or clients' requests and addressing any concerns professionally Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling or training new team members (if applicable) Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, bending, and reaching Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products; certification in carpet cleaning or floor care is a plus Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is advantageous but not required A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Join us as a Housekeeper and be part of a dedicated team that values cleanliness, professionalism, and exceptional service.
