Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential or commercial settings, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and welcoming. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and neatly presented. Maintain cleanliness in common areas and restrooms, ensuring they meet hygiene standards. Conduct carpet cleaning as needed to maintain the appearance of flooring. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Assist in housekeeping management tasks, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment. Follow safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Experience Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Familiarity with custodial duties and housekeeping management practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all tasks performed.
