Salary:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
ANNUAL BONUS POTENTIAL!
PRIMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be able to: Sweep, wax and/or polish floors; dust/polish woodwork; dust vents; clean/scrub kitchen appliances and bathroom items such as sinks, toilets, tubs, and cabinets; wash windows; vacuum carpets/floors. Use appropriate tools and chemicals for these tasks. Cleans the office, clubhouse, and restrooms prior to open of business daily. Cleaning and maintains models on a daily basis. Cleaning of corporate unit(s), if applicable. Cleans all vacant apartments as directed by supervisor. Keeps all vacant units fresh and odorless. Clean and maintain all laundry facilities on a daily basis. Pick up trash, debris, limbs, etc. from grounds and/or breezeways. Advise supervisor(s) when equipment, building(s) or structures are faulty or non-working, deteriorating, and/or causing unsafe environments for residents and/or staff. Perform additional duties requested by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or Equivalent Driver's License and valid car insurance Personal, reliable transportation Excellent communication skills; written and verbal Ability to speak, read, and write English is preferred Basic computer skills; comfortable with apps and software Service mentality and a thirst for learning Positive Can-Do Attitude Excellent Attendance
