Job Description
Hampton Inn Youngstown West is seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring brand cleanliness standards are met. If you take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we would love to meet you! Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to Hampton Inn brand standards. Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities. Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and common areas. Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly. Restock housekeeping carts and supplies. Ensure all assigned rooms are completed in a timely manner. Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and sanitation procedures. Deliver excellent guest service and respond professionally to guest requests. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods. Must be dependable, punctual, and have a positive attitude. Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
