Company Overview Job Summary Candlewood Suites is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable guest suites and public areas to ensure an excellent guest experience in our extended-stay environment. Duties Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards Make beds, change linens, and replace towels Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors Restock room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and coffee items Empty trash and dispose of waste properly Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner Respect guest privacy and adhere to confidentiality policies Skills Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Good time management and organizational skills Ability to follow brand standards and procedures Physical ability to lift, bend, push carts, and stand for long periods Work Environment Extended-stay hotel environment with less frequent full-service cleaning Fast-paced with assigned room quotas Requires weekends and holiday availability as needed Join us in creating welcoming spaces where every guest feels valued!
