Housekeeper/ Front desk

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Coordinate with housekeeping management to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests. Process reservations and manage room assignments using hotel management software. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the front desk area and lobby. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences. Perform administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. Familiarity with hotel operations, including custodial duties and floor care, is beneficial. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
