The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces. Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items. Assist with floor care tasks as needed, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts. Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is an advantage. Must be able to lift and move heavy objects as needed during cleaning tasks.
