Role:

The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and a welcoming environment within the organization's facilities. This position ensures that all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, contributing to the overall comfort and safety of employees, clients, and visitors. The Housekeeper will manage various cleaning tasks including floor care, dusting, waste disposal, and sanitization, while adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential to successfully fulfill the responsibilities of this role. Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to speak, read, and write English to understand instructions and communicate effectively. Demonstrated manual dexterity and physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including reaching overhead and working on floors. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately. Basic mathematical skills to perform measurements and calculations related to cleaning tasks. Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or training in cleaning techniques, safety procedures, or use of cleaning equipment. Experience with floor care equipment such as buffers, polishers, or carpet cleaners. Knowledge of environmentally friendly cleaning products and sustainable cleaning practices. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces in offices, restrooms, and common areas.
