Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing household or facility upkeep, and creating a welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help maintain a pristine, organized, and sanitary space that exceeds expectations every day. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living or working areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure a spotless environment. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing surfaces to preserve their appearance and longevity. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally. Manage sanitation protocols in kitchens and bathrooms to uphold health standards and safety regulations. Conduct janitorial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas are well-maintained throughout the shift. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines or supervising other cleaning staff when necessary. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with knowledge of proper sanitation practices. Strong skills in floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or custodial experience is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures to ensure effective and safe operations.
