Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential or commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Housekeeper will ensure that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for clients and guests. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens, towels and personal laundry, ensuring they are clean and properly stored. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for restocking. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and concerns promptly. Assist with commercial cleaning tasks as needed, including carpet cleaning and custodial duties. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility. Occasionally assist with cooking or meal preparation as required. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial but not required.
