Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment in residential or commercial settings, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating welcoming spaces for residents, guests, or clients. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to a positive experience for everyone who enters the space. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in cleaning, sanitation, laundry, and hospitality management while making a meaningful difference every day. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors using carpet cleaning and floor care techniques. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing with attention to detail. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in accordance with health guidelines. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally. Assist with housekeeping management duties such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling cleaning routines. Experience Familiarity with various cleaning techniques is preferred. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures related to cleaning products and equipment. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Hands-on experience with laundry operations and household chores is beneficial. Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is advantageous but not required.
