Job Description
- Operates various mechanized cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, polishers, buffers, etc.
- Maintains facility in a sanitary and infection-free condition through washing and cleaning of surfaces, objects, and equipment.
- Disposes of trash, waste, and other disposable materials.
- Dusts furniture; cleans ash trays, light fixtures, gaming machines, and window sills.
- Wet mops floors in casino and back of the house.
- Cleans wash basins, mirrors, sink, commodes and counters.
- Cleans air vents, and walls.
- Washes windows as scheduled.
- Reports any needed repairs immediately to supervisors (such as leaky faucets, loose tiles or carpeting, damaged furniture, or broken or chipped glass).
- Checks facilities and cleans areas of spills and debris that will cause a hazard or unprofessional appearance.
- Cleans and disinfects any area soiled as a result of a biohazard according to proper protocol.
