Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in guest rooms and common areas through thorough housekeeping duties Manage front desk operations including handling reservations, cancellations, and guest requests with professionalism and courtesy Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and vendors across various channels Support guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized assistance to enhance their stay Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled to ensure accurate financial records and smooth overnight operations Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality roles is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is highly valued Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant plus for engaging with diverse guests effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude Strong communication skills, including proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed for resort operations Attention to detail in cleaning standards and guest service delivery is essential Knowledge of hotel experience or resort environments will be advantageous in understanding guest needs and operational flow Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality talents shine!
