Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns. Ensure all cleaning surfaces are disinfected regularly, following health and safety protocols for sanitation compliance. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services with knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, floor care products, carpet cleaning tools, and sanitation standards. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday.
