THE JOB:
Join the team as a Linen Attendant at ARIA Resort & Casino, where you'll help create an exceptional guest experience behind the scenes through organization, teamwork, and attention to detail. In this role, you'll play an important part in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring linens are prepared, stocked, and delivered efficiently throughout the property. Working in a fast-paced luxury resort environment, you'll support both guests and fellow team members while contributing to the high standards that create memorable stays and WOW moments guests carry with them long after they leave!
THE STARTING PAY RATE
$22.5234 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Receive and deliver daily linen inventories to areas including Housekeeping, Public Area, Pool Operations, Spa & Salon, Food & Beverage, and Casino operations Complete daily assignments, task sheets, logs, and reports including Trash/Linen, Receiving, Food & Beverage, Spa/Salon, Pool, Tower Deliveries, and Restock Stations Restock and organize stations including inventory, stocking, logistics, retrieval, staging, delivery of supplies, reserves, totes, and hampers Maintain accurate restock station logs and submit reports to Housekeeping management Transport tower trash and waste to the main trash dock Operate equipment around the Linen Dock including tuggers, lifts, and pallet jacks
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must be 18 years of age or older Six (6) months of prior relevant experience, preferably in warehouse and/or stocking Experience operating electric walking & ride-on pallet jacks and 2-way radios Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
