We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all rooms meet cleanliness standards. Manage laundry services for linens and guest clothing as needed. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with deep cleaning projects as required. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is an advantage. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights as needed.
