This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in both housekeeping and laundry services, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Duties Perform routine cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and garments. Manage dry cleaning processes as needed, ensuring items are treated with care and returned promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and laundry products, notifying management when restocking is necessary. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and address any specific requests or concerns. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Proven experience in laundry operations, including familiarity with various washing techniques and equipment. Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. Knowledge of dry cleaning processes is preferred but not required. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, enhancing the ability to meet guest expectations effectively. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
